A Care Coordinator will be your first contact from nCompass. Throughout your treatment, a Care Coordinator will provide one-on-one support over the phone based on your needs.
After you’re prescribed Optune, they can provide resources and discuss:
- Optune and how it works
- The benefits and side effects of Optune
- How nCompass works with your insurance plan to minimize your cost for Optune,† regardless of your financial situation
While you’re using Optune, your Care Coordinator will be available 24/7 for:
- Reordering supplies
- Technical support
- Questions about Optune
- Travel tips and resources
- Support available throughout treatment

How can Device Support Specialists (DSS) help?
A Device Support Specialist (DSS) will provide in-person support to get you started. They will work with you to schedule a start appointment. At this start visit, your DSS will:
- Deliver Optune and the supplies you need
- Demonstrate how to use the device, supplies, and accessories
Your DSS will provide support throughout treatment either in person or by phone and will contact you to:
- Review your time on Optune each month
- Check in on your experience
- Offer tips and resources
